Kat’s Kastle Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on creating meaningful change in the lives of survivors. Every contribution supports programs designed to end domestic violence and bring hope and healing to those affected.
Our “Speak Easy” gatherings provide survivors with a safe and sacred space around a serene campfire setting. It’s a judgment-free environment where everyone is surrounded by others who truly understand. We believe that the quiet, calming effect of gazing into a fire can inspire creative and introspective thinking. Personal journals are available to capture these reflections and take them home. This space also allows for peaceful walks through the woods, stargazing, or simply taking a moment to breathe and unwind.
The Zen Den is a secure and compassionate space for women healing from past trauma. We provide resources, support, and guidance from those who have faced similar experiences. Our offerings include art therapy, self-healing practices, guided meditation, yoga classes, and various other activities designed to promote mental and emotional well-being.
For many, this therapeutic healing garden fosters a deeper spiritual connection with nature and the earth. It also serves as a space for physical, psychological, and social benefits, using outdoor activities as a powerful tool to enhance overall well-being.
